What's happening with US tariffs?
We had to stop sending orders to the US for a while as our carrier suspended their US services, due to the implementation of tariffs. We are now accepting orders again, using a different carrier.
All tariffs have been included in the product prices, and will be paid on dispatch, so you will not have to pay anything when your package arrives. This has caused US postage prices to be far higher than we would like, but we have decided to open orders up anyway so at least you have the choice. We are hopeful that soon either the tariffs will be removed, or our usual courier will reopen their service to the US allowing us to bring prices back down, but we cannot say when this will happen.
Do you ship to my country?
We will ship to anywhere with an address!
Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes! The site will convert your payment from your local currency, so you don't have to do anything different.
How long will my order take to get here?
That depends on where you are. UK orders are usually there within a week. Packages going overseas can take 3-4 weeks. Please allow extra time around Christmas as the postal service is under a lot of strain at that time of year.
What if my order hasn’t arrived in this time?
These are average times, so your order may still be on its way. However if it does get lost in the post, we will send you a replacement.
If an order has not arrived within 15 working days for UK orders or 30 working days for international orders we can claim it as lost in the post. We have to wait at least this long before sending out any replacements, so we can claim the compensation on the original package.

My order has arrived but there is a problem!
If you find something is missing or damaged in your order, let us know here. Again, remember to include your order number in the message.
Can I change my t-shirt size?
We will swap your t-shirt for a different size, but you will need to cover the additional postage costs, and of course send back the tee you bought. Get in touch here if you would like to swap sizes.
Can PJ sign my merchandise?
If the listing says it's signed, he already has! If not you'll have to track him down at an event where he'll be happy to sign anything!
Does my order include tax?
If you live in the UK, yes - our prices are shown including 20% VAT.
If you live in the US, prices include tariffs.
If you live anywhere else, UK VAT is not charged. It is possible you may have to pay VAT or other import duties in your own country - these rules are different for every country, so please confirm whether you will be expected to pay anything before placing an order.
