Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We will ship to anywhere with an address - even space!
Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes! The site will convert your payment from your local currency, so you don't have to do anything different.
How long will my order take to get here?
That depends on where you are. UK orders are usually there within a week. Packages going overseas can take 2-3 weeks. Please allow extra time around Christmas as the postal service is under a lot of strain at that time of year. We also need a little extra time when launching new products, as we have a lot of orders to process.
What if my order hasn’t arrived in this time?
These are average times, so your order may still be on its way. However if it does get lost in the post, we will send you a replacement.
Royal Mail will accept something to be lost in the post after 15 working days for UK orders, 20 working days for European orders, or 25 working days for anywhere else. We have to wait at least this long before sending out any replacements, so we can claim the compensation on the original package.

Can PJ sign my merchandise?
If the listing says it's signed, he already has! If not you'll have to track him down at a YouTube event where he'll be happy to sign anything!
